Copies of birth certificates must be requested through Montana Public Health and Human Services. Their number is 409-444-4228

Fee charges may be applied in accordance with Saint Vincent Healthcare and Secure Health Information Corp. current fee schedule. You will be notified of applicable fees before your request is processed.
By Montana law we have up to 10 days to provide record copies or inform you of a delay.
